how to earn staff and the admin application template.

we are hiring 1 mod and 1 admin, they can earn staff by adverting, donating, helping players, and supporting server. ANYONE THAT HAS BEEN BANNED AT ALL CAN NOT BECOME STAFF UNLESS WE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.
